• Alongside a PMM, repositioned messaging and ICP to focus on larger companies with complex needs • Restructured the team to align around enterprise personas and new strategy • Created new sales and marketing assets tailored to the mid-market buyer • Introduced lead scoring and attribution to track high-quality opportunities
